Prim. MUDr. Hubert Topinka graduated from the Faculty of Pediatrics of the Charles University in Prague in 1967. After graduation, he began working as a junior doctor at the Surgical Clinic of the University Hospital in Prague 10. In 1969 he transferred to the Plastic Surgery Clinic of the same hospital, where he worked as an assistant professor. Within the thirty years of his practice he also worked as a secretary of the Plastic Surgery Department of the University Hospital and the chief physician of the clinic department.
