If you want to undergo a procedure and/or have any questions regarding one, do not hesitate to contact us. You can do that either via the contact form, email or telephone.

After that we will ask you to fill in a medical questionnaire, including the preferred date of the surgery. You will also be asked to send us photos of the respective body part.

Within 2 days you will receive detailed information about the procedure:

• the approximate price of the procedure
• how long you should stay at the clinic
• how long you should stay in Prague
• dates of the procedure you can choose from
• your doctor’s name
• additional answers to your questions

Now is the time you decide.

If you are interested in the surgery, we will prepare a booking form that contains:

• your personal information
• the name of the surgeon
• the type of the surgery
• the price of the surgery
• the recommended date of departure and arrival
• preliminary information about accommodation and the number of nights at the clinic
• GBP 300 deposit payment information

After the deposit has been paid, we will send you an extended medical questionnaire together with the confirmation of payment received. Based on this questionnaire we will propose further steps (which could also be a postponement of the surgery, additional examination in the UK or cancellation of the surgery).

Now, we would like to ask you to send us the specific dates and times of your arrival and departure along with the address of the accommodation (if you are interested, we can recommend accommodation near the clinic).

We recommend that you do not forget the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and / or at least your NHS number.

The card is free and easy to obtain via the NHS website and your NHS number can be obtained from your doctor.

Upon arrival in the Czech Republic, our driver will pick you up at the airport and take you to your place of accommodation.

The driver will tell you the time of the pick-up on the day of the surgery.

1. Arrival at the Clinic

On the day of the surgery, our driver will pick you up and take you to the clinic where we will welcome and inform you about how the day will look like.

If you are staying in Prague 7, you will have all transfers between the hotel and the clinic free of charge.

2. Preoperative Examination

After the welcome, you will receive forms to fill in:

• preoperative questionnaire for anaesthesia purposes
• preoperative internal medicine questionnaire
• informed consent

Your blood will be taken and, if necessary, you will be further examined (sonography / mammogram, X-ray or other examinations).

If the preoperative examination is alright and your surgery is planned for the afternoon, you will be taken to the inpatient ward by a nurse and there you will stay until the pre-operative consultation.

3. Consultation

As a part of the consultation, you will be informed about:

• the surgery
• the expected result
• the basic postoperative care
• scars
• the type and size of implants (in augmentation surgery)
• potential complications

4. Payment

You are obliged to pay for the surgery before it takes place. We generally recommend payment in cash. In the case of credit card payment, we use the current exchange rate of the Czech National Bank.

6. Hospitalization and discharge

The length of hospitalization depends on the surgery type and the discharge is decided by the surgeon in accordance with the Booking Form.

Before you are discharged, the outpatient’s ward informs you of the date of the next examination and provides you with necessary medical supplies.

7. Examinations

The number of medical examinations depends on the surgery type and the total length of the client’s stay.

At the final examination, you will receive the following documents:

• a confirmation that you can fly by airplane
• a medical report
• other important information

8. Departure

On the day of departure, our driver will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the airport.

9. After the Return to the UK

After returning to the UK, you should rest as your doctor has recommended.

Should you have any questions even after the procedure, do not hesitate to contact us.

In case you do not need anything and will not contact us, we will contact you about 2 months after the surgery to make sure that everything is alright and you are satisfied with the results so far ☺
